Delivery Areas
We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary by location — typically 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other areas.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges apply to orders below ₹500. Orders of ₹500 and above qualify for free shipping within India. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched. Delivery times may be extended during festivals and peak seasons.
Packaging
All products are packed in food-grade, tamper-evident packaging to ensure freshness and safety during transit. Perishable items are handled with extra care.
Refund & Return Policy
Eligible Returns
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or tampered
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery
Return Process
Please report any issues within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@jagdishfoods.com or through our Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially consumed products, items without original packaging, and products reported after 24 hours of delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please refer to the return policy above.
